Why businesses call us

Aivexa was incorporated in September 2026. We are taking on a small number of founding clients at reduced project rates, in exchange for a reference once the work is delivered.
If you would rather see a track record first, that is a fair position and we will say so on the call.
Common questions, straight answers
How quickly can you start?
Most first calls happen within two working days of an enquiry. A written proposal follows within three working days of that call, and small projects usually start the week after sign-off.
We are not sure AI is right for us. Is that a problem?
No. A good proportion of what we recommend has nothing to do with AI. If a changed form, a shared template or a tidier file structure fixes the problem, that is what we will put in the proposal.
Do you take over our IT completely?
Only if you want that. Many clients keep their existing IT support and bring us in for a specific project or for the AI and automation work alongside it.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. The build work is remote, so location is rarely the constraint — time zone and language are. We work in English and overlap with your working day where we can. For clients outside the UK we invoice in pounds sterling unless agreed otherwise.
What does the free IT review involve?
About thirty minutes, by phone or video. You describe what is slow, expensive or breaking. We ask where the time goes and what has already been tried, then tell you honestly whether there is a worthwhile project in it.
